Upright excersise

This is a very strainious activity, I start by pulling back my covers, then I struggle move my legs towards the side of the bed, in the same similar motion, I move the rest of my body towards the middle of the bed. I scoot slowly to the floor with my feet. Then I sit up, an wonder where I am.
I repeat that every morning.
