January 6th 2019
(The starting weight and measurements were taken on January 1st.)
Starting Weight:
300lbs.
Measurements:
Arms- 20 in.
Waist- 50 in.
Hips- 55 in.
Butt- 54 in.
Thigh- 30 in.
Calf- 19 in.
This was a rough week for me. I only exercised once, yesterday while at the dog park, I ran sprints for 30 minutes.
The rest of the week was devoted to getting through the worst part of the detox and not breaking my diet.
I'm feeling much better today and excited for the new week, I WILL do better this week with my workout routine.

Ending weight was 295.
That's a 5lb loss, not bad, I wasn't a 100% with the eating or working out for 30 days, but I can say I'm proud of how well I did do!
Measurements:
Arms- 18 1/2
Waist- 48
Hips- 54 1/2
Booty- 53
Thigh- 33
Calves-19
A decent amount of improvement there!
Overall I'm proud of my accomplishments this past month. February I'll push exercise a little more, I will continue to eat clean everyday, except the one cheat MEAL I have each week. For me this works, it helps me to stay away from sneaking little snacks here and there everyday and I have fewer binges. I've learned that knowing I have a cheat meal coming up helps me to be good the rest of the time.
I will also include whole wheat breads, pastas, and rice and other healthy grains, not as often as I would before but every now and then.
